When to expect your delivery
At Blissed Slim, we process and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. All orders are sent via Tracked 24 for next day delivery, ensuring you receive your goodies as quickly as possible. Please note that "next day delivery" applies once your order has been shipped on one of our designated shipping days.

Our returns policy
At Blissed Slim, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.
Exceptions for damaged or faulty items
The only exception to our no-returns policy is for items that are damaged or faulty during transit. If you receive an item that has been damaged or is faulty upon arrival, please contact our customer service team immediately on 07599282125 within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement.
